Set up Scripe on Advanced

This page is for you if you are on Advanced: a team in one company, each person posting from their own profile, often next to the company page. It lists only the steps Advanced includes. Not sure which plan you are on? Settings > Billing shows it.

The steps are for the admin who sets the workspace up. Colleagues you invite follow Invited by your team instead.

What Advanced includes

Everything in Solo, plus:

Your setup

  1. Create the workspace and your own profile

Onboarding asks for your company name and website, which become the workspace, and your first profile. See Set up your workspace.

  2. Fill in the company documents

In the knowledge base, describe what your company does and who your target audience is. Every profile in the workspace draws on these documents, so the whole team speaks about the same company. See Knowledge base and The Scripe Method.

  3. Add your colleagues' profiles and the company page

Press Add profile under Profiles for each colleague; each Full profile uses a Full seat, and you add seats in Billing. If a colleague should connect their own LinkedIn, add the profile by its URL now, or skip it and let them connect when they join. Once a connected person administers your company page, it appears under Profiles with Activate. See Workspaces and profiles.

  4. Invite your colleagues with the right role

From the workspace menu, Invite users. Pick the role when you invite: Admin works on every profile, Member only on the profiles assigned to them. Assign each Member their profile in the invitation. Changing a role afterwards is part of Business, so choose carefully. See Users and roles.

  5. Set each profile's goal and mix

In Strategy settings, define the content topics the company wants to be known for, and give each profile its posting goal and content mix. See Content strategy.

  6. Agree how posts are reviewed

In the editor, Reviewer asks a colleague to approve a post before it is scheduled; the reviewer sees it under Waiting for your review on Home. See Running your team's LinkedIn.

  7. Turn on team engagement

Decide whether colleagues' profiles react to each other's new posts automatically, after approval, or not at all, in Settings > Engagement. See Team engagement.

Connect Slack so a channel hears about every published post, and Claude or another AI assistant to work with Scripe from there. See Integrations.
