Plans

Scripe has three plans you can buy: Solo for one person on one profile, Advanced for a team working on several profiles in one workspace, and Business for companies and agencies that need several workspaces, Light profiles and team workflows. Enterprise is available by contacting us.

Prices, in monthly and yearly billing, are on scripe.io/pricing. This page explains what each plan unlocks inside Scripe.

Seats, users and workspaces

Three words decide most plan questions:

  • User: a person who signs in. Users are not billed. Solo has one; Advanced and Business have no user limit.
  • Seat: capacity for a profile. A Full seat holds a Full profile (create, schedule and analyze content). A Light seat holds a Light profile, which is for engagement and analytics, with no content creation. You can buy more seats than you use.
  • Workspace: one company's profiles, users, knowledge and settings. Solo and Advanced have one; Business has as many as you need, on one bill.

Company pages do not use a seat.

Enterprise includes everything in Business plus SAML single sign-on.

When you meet a feature your plan does not include, Scripe shows a lock with the plan that has it, and an upgrade button. The plan name it shows is always the lowest plan that includes the feature.

How much AI you can use

AI work is metered per profile and per week. When a profile has used its weekly allowance, Scripe shows Weekly AI usage limits reached and new generations for that profile pause until the next week. Background work, such as refreshing your For you ideas, holds back earlier: when a profile is close to its allowance, For you keeps showing its current ideas instead of making new ones, so the rest is left for what you ask for.

The free trial

A new workspace can try a plan for free. You pick Solo, Advanced or Business, enter a card in checkout, and the trial starts. The number of free days is shown on every Redeem button before you start.

  • During the trial you have everything the plan you picked includes.
  • When the trial ends, that plan continues as a paid subscription and the card is charged, unless you cancel before the end.
  • A workspace gets one trial. A workspace that already had a plan or a trial is offered Upgrade instead of Redeem.

A workspace with no plan

A workspace without a running plan or trial still opens every page. The features a plan unlocks (Scripe Agent, idea suggestions, analytics and media creation among them) show Redeem while a trial is available, or Upgrade to unlock once one has run. Your profiles, posts, ideas and knowledge stay where they are.

Changing your plan or seats

Admins who manage billing change the plan, add or remove seats, update payment details and enter a VAT number in Settings > Billing. See Billing, which also answers:

  • how to reduce seats,
  • why VAT was charged and how to add your VAT number,
  • how refunds work (see also the refund policy).

An Admin manages billing by default, and that can be switched off for each Admin on Settings > Users & Profiles. Members and Clients do not manage billing. See Users and roles.

Edge cases

  • An older plan. If you subscribed before the current plans, your billing page may show Pro (Legacy), Starter (Legacy) or a similar name. Those plans keep working as they are; you cannot buy them again.
  • A client workspace your agency pays for shows the agency's plan. Billing for it is managed by the agency.
