Usage limits

Scripe measures two things: how much AI your workspace uses in a week, and how much storage its media takes up. Both are shown under Settings → Billing, for the whole workspace and for each profile, as a percentage of what your plan includes. There is no longer a fixed monthly number of posts or transcription hours.

AI usage

  • One weekly allowance. Writing posts, generating ideas, media and research all draw on the same allowance. It resets every Monday at 00:00 UTC; the meter shows the day it resets.
  • Per workspace and per profile. The meter shows the whole workspace's use and each profile's share. A company page draws on the workspace's allowance. Light profiles have no AI allowance, since they do not create content.
  • Warnings. At 80%, Scripe shows how much of the weekly allowance is used.
  • At 100%, AI features pause until the next reset: "Weekly AI usage limit reached". Everything else keeps working: your posts, the calendar, publishing and analytics. A higher plan has a higher allowance.

Suggestions Scripe prepares in the background, such as new For You ideas, hold back earlier: once the allowance is 80% used, you keep the ideas you already have and new ones follow after the reset. The For You page tells you it is showing earlier ideas.

Storage

Every profile adds storage to one shared pool for the workspace, and every upload draws from it. The meter shows the total used out of the total available, and how much each profile uses. A fresh upload can take a moment to appear in the count.

Plans

Each plan comes with its own AI allowance and storage. For what each plan includes, see Plans.
