Referrals

Every Scripe user has a referral link. When someone signs up through it, they get 4 weeks of Scripe free, and you earn 20% commission on every payment they make, for as long as they stay a customer. The Referrals page holds your link, your numbers and the people you referred.

Open it from Settings → My account → Referrals. It is yours as a person, so it is the same whichever workspace you have open.

1. Copy your link

   Press Copy Link next to your referral link and share it wherever you like: a LinkedIn post, a message, a newsletter.

2. Add your payout details

   Until your country and address are saved, the page shows Add your country and address to receive referral payments. Press Complete Profile and fill both in on Personal details.

3. Set up how you get paid

   Payouts go through our payment provider, Dots. You receive an email from them to choose your payout method.

What the page shows

• Referral stats: total commissions paid, active referrals, link clicks and sign-ups.
• Referral history: one row per referral with the sign-up date, email address, status, the latest commission and the total commission from that person.

When your history is too long to load in full, the page says so and shows the paid total as "at least" that amount rather than as an exact figure. Contact support for an exact statement.

When it goes wrong

• "Your referral link is not ready yet": no link has been issued for your account. Reload the page; if the message stays, contact support.
• "We could not load your referral stats": the figures are left blank rather than shown as zero. Reload the page.
• A referral is missing: the person most likely signed up without your link. Email hello@scripe.io with their email address.
