Product Guide · Your Workspace

Home

Home tells you, in one screen, how the current goal period is going: what you published and what it achieved, how far you are toward your goal in each lane, what is coming up, and what waits for you.

There are two Homes. A profile's Home, under the profile in the sidebar, is about that one profile. The workspace Home, under the workspace's own rows, adds up every profile in the workspace. In a workspace with a single profile there is only the profile's Home.

The header and the goal period

The header names what the page is about: the profile's picture and first name, or the workspace's logo and name, with a line such as "Personal profile · results and plan" or "Workspace · results and plan for 8 profiles". The gear next to the name opens the profile's or the workspace's general settings.

On the right, the arrows step through goal periods. A goal period is the stretch of weeks your workspace plans in, set by an admin in Strategy settings (one week unless changed). Under the arrows you read which period you are looking at:

  • "Goal period Sep 28 – Oct 18 · day 3 of 21" while it runs,
  • "· completed" for a past period,
  • "· starts in N days" for a future one.

While you look at another period, a Current button takes you back. Everything on the page follows the period you chose: the results, the goal and the calendar's shading. Home always opens on the current period.

Your results

The row under the header has four figures for the chosen period:

FigureWhat it counts
Posts publishedPosts published in this period
ImpressionsImpressions of the posts published in this period, up to now
Profile viewsProfile views from the posts published in this period
FollowersThe follower total at the end of the period (today's total while it runs), with the followers gained in that period under it

The line under each figure compares it with a usual period: the average of up to four completed periods before it.

  • While the period runs, it reads "Avg. 15.5 a period" and is never coloured, because a running period cannot be judged against a whole one.
  • For a completed period, it reads "▲ 2.5 vs. avg." in green or red.
  • With no earlier period yet, it says so; a future period shows dashes and its start date.

Each figure links to the posts list or to Analytics for the same dates.

Goal for this period

The chart shows, for each lane (Reach, Trust, Convert), the profile's target for the period and how far it has come: published posts, scheduled posts, and the posts still to do as a dashed block. Above a target, the extra posts show as "+N extra". When every lane reaches its target, the card says Goal reached.

  • Hover a lane's name to read what that lane is for.
  • Hover a post in a bar to preview it; click it to open it.
  • Click a dashed "to do" block and Scripe opens Create your next post, with your ideas and drafts for that lane and profile, so you can pick what to work on next.

On a profile's Home, the gear on the card opens the profile's Strategy settings, where you set the weekly target and the mix. On the workspace Home, the card adds up the profiles you pick in its profile picker; every profile is picked at first. See The Scripe Method for what the lanes and the mix are.

Last published posts

A list of the most recent published posts, newest first, with each post's lane, the post, its impressions and when it went live. View all opens the full list. Hover a post to preview it.

Calendar

A month calendar with a dot for every post on its day, coloured by lane: published, scheduled and planned. The shaded days are the chosen goal period. The arrows move the month; Open calendar opens Posts. Days with a post still to do show it; clicking one opens Create your next post.

Waiting for your review

Posts a colleague asked you to review, with their due date. Open one to approve it or ask for changes. When nothing waits, it says You're all caught up.

Approvals are part of Advanced and Business. On Solo the card shows what it would hold and an upgrade.

Also on Home

  • Campaigns: while a campaign runs, Home shows its progress per profile. Campaigns are part of Business.
  • Content check-in: when your workspace asks colleagues questions about ideas, this card lists who owes an answer, with Nudge to remind them and History for everything sent.

AgencyEach client workspace has its own Home.
Agency clientYour Home shows your results, your last published posts, the calendar and Waiting for your review. It has no goal, campaigns or content check-in, and no settings gear.

A profile added by its URL

A profile added by pasting its LinkedIn URL, without connecting LinkedIn, shows its posts and follower total from its public LinkedIn data, refreshed once a day. Impressions, Profile views and the followers gained need the profile's own LinkedIn connection: they show a dash and Connect LinkedIn to see this. On the profile's Home that links to connecting; on the workspace Home it opens the profile's settings. A Client sees the dash without the link.
