The workspace calendar
The workspace calendar puts every profile's posts on one calendar, so you see at a glance which days are covered, who has nothing planned, and which campaign is running.
It is the view an in-house marketer, a team admin and an agency work from. Team members usually work in their own profile's calendar, which is the same calendar locked to one profile. An agency client sees the posts in review, scheduled and published, without drafts, the Unplanned sidebar or the planning controls.
Everything about the calendar itself (views, cards, planning, timezones) is on Posts. This page covers what is different when you look at several profiles.
Opening it
Press Posts in the workspace section of the sidebar. The calendar opens with every profile you can see. Filter → Profiles or Teams narrows it; pressing a team in the sidebar opens it filtered to that team.
When you see several profiles:
- Every card and every unplanned item carries the profile's picture.
- Each post sits in its own profile's timezone. The hour labels follow the first selected profile.
- Posting days, posting times and lane suggestions are not drawn, because they belong to one profile. Filter to a single profile to see them.
Goals per goal period
Each profile has a goal for every goal period: how many Reach, Trust and Convert posts it should publish. Your workspace's Goal period (one to twelve weeks; admins set it under Strategy) decides how long a period is.
When you filter the calendar to one profile, every upcoming posting slot carries a lane suggestion that follows that profile's goal for the week. Click a suggestion to pick a draft for that slot.
How far each profile has come is on Home: Goal for this period shows published, scheduled and still-missing posts per lane, and the calendar on Home marks the goal period.
Campaigns on the calendar
Campaigns appear as bars across their dates. A company-wide campaign shows for everyone; a campaign for selected profiles shows when one of them is on the calendar. Click a bar for the campaign's brief, posts and comments.
Campaigns at the top of the calendar opens your campaigns without leaving the page. See Campaigns.
Settings
Settings opens the Post times of the selected profile (or the first one when several are selected): its timezone, week start and posting timetable. Each profile has its own.
Plans
The workspace calendar is on every plan. A workspace with several profiles needs a plan with room for them; see Plans. Campaigns are a Business feature.
