Notifications

Scripe tells you when something needs you: a post to review, a comment, a campaign that started, a LinkedIn connection about to stop working. Settings → Notifications decides which of those also reach you by Email and in Slack. Your choices are your own; they do not change what your colleagues receive.

Every user can open this page, Clients included.

How it works

Notifications reach you in up to three places:

  • In Scripe: the bell at the top of the sidebar opens your notifications. Everything arrives there; it has no switches.
  • Email: the types you leave on under Email.
  • Slack: direct messages from the Scripe app, for the types you leave on under Slack, once you have connected your Slack account.

Every type starts switched on. Turn off what you do not want, per channel.

LinkedIn connection alerts go to the users assigned to the profile. Turning them off means you are not warned that scheduled posts are about to fail. See LinkedIn connection.

Questions sent through the content check-in have their own delivery settings, per profile: in-app, email or WhatsApp. See Content check-in.
