Agencies & Partners · Scripe for Clients
What a client sees
This page is for agencies deciding what to show a client, and for clients who want to know where to look. With the Client role, your client sees the results of the work and the posts that are ready for them, and nothing the agency is still working on: no drafts, no ideas, no strategy, no settings beyond their own.
A client sees the profiles assigned to them. Everything below applies to those profiles.

- The period's results: posts published, impressions, profile views and followers, each next to the usual period.

- The Calendar of the month.
- Waiting for your review: the posts the agency asked them to review, with due dates.
Not shown: the goal for the period and its to-dos, campaigns, the content check-in, and the settings cog.
Posts
The calendar and the list, with only the posts that are in review, scheduled or published. Drafts, ideas and anything in an earlier status are never sent to the client's browser.

What a client can do
| Client | |
|---|---|
| Review a post assigned to them (approve or reject) | Yes, in the Scripe mobile app |
| Move a scheduled post to another day | Yes |
| Create a post, idea, campaign or media | No |
| Use Ask Scripe, Explore, Ideas, Media or Community | No |
| Add or connect profiles, invite users, see teams | No |
| Manage billing | No |
Moving a post in the calendar is allowed for clients on purpose. If your agreement says the client does not reschedule, tell them so.
Setting a client up
Invite them in the client workspace's Settings › Users & Profiles with the Client role and assign their profile. To let the client connect their own LinkedIn profile first, see Done for you.
The same rules apply when a client uses Scripe through the API or an AI assistant connected over MCP: drafts and other hidden areas stay hidden.
