For example, POST /v1/notes/note_123 returns 405 because no handler on
that path serves POST:

Allow: GETRecover by switching to a supported method.
Do not treat Allow as a discovery mechanism: it names one method, not
the path's full accepted set, so a path serving both GET and PATCH
can answer with either one alone. The
endpoint catalogue is the list of
every method/path pair the API serves.
