How we write

How Scripe's articles and free-tool pages are written, sourced, checked and kept up to date, and where AI comes in.

Who writes

Every article carries the name of a real person who stands behind it.

That person's experience is what the piece rests on, and their name, role and LinkedIn profile are on the article. We do not publish under invented names, credentials or AI-generated portraits.

Before anything is published, a named editor reads the whole draft and signs it off, and a person publishes it.

How claims are sourced and checked

Every number, product statement, price and quote in an article has a source, recorded before the piece is reviewed.

Our sources, in order of trust: data we measured ourselves, such as Scripe's LinkedIn Trend Report 2026; the product itself, for what Scripe does; customer results, only with the customer's approval; our team's own hands-on work; and primary sources from others, such as a network's own help pages or a company's own pricing page, with the date we read them. We do not cite statistics round-ups.

Each claim is checked against its source in a review separate from the drafting, and an automated check refuses a draft that states a number without one. A person checks every claim that review cannot settle. What we cannot verify, we leave out.

When we compare Scripe with other products, we say that we make Scripe, and we give prices and features as of the date we checked them.

How we use AI

Our articles are drafted with AI assistance. A person then fact-checks, edits and signs off every one before it is published.

AI helps us plan a piece from search data, write a first draft and review it against our standards. It does not decide what we claim: every fact goes through the sourcing and checks above, and nothing is published without a named person's sign-off.

Because this applies to every article, we say it here once rather than with a label on each one.

Corrections

If you find a mistake, tell us.

We check what you report against its source and correct the page if it is wrong.

Updates

We update a page when what it says has gone out of date, and it keeps its address.

Before an update we check its claims, prices and screenshots again. We change a page's date only when its content changed substantially, never to make it look new.
