From LinkedIn frustration with inefficient workflows to driving inbound leads and building strategic personal brands: After trying several things, Scripe finally gave OMR's B2B sales and marketing team the scalable and efficient personal branding approach they were looking for.

Their initial struggle with inefficient processes, low engagement, and the need for a cost-effective solution led Juliette Agay, B2B Marketing Manager of OMR, to the point that she reached out to Scripe. The result after just 3 months: Improved team visibility, viral posts, and a growing number of inbound leads. Learn how her team overcame these challenges and set the stage for long-term success on LinkedIn.

Juliette Agay, B2B Marketing Manager of OMR, highlights the importance of activating and enabling the team throughout the onboarding phase with Scripe – and the steps that led the team to establish a scalable, trackable process for a strategic LinkedIn positioning.

Story Snapshot after 3 Months:

+20 team members post on LinkedIn.

+50k more impressions than before.

+10 inbound leads per week.

Could stop all LinkedIn ads.

Challenges: The team's LinkedIn efforts were too inefficient, too expensive, and too impersonal.

Like any growing business, the team at OMR was looking for a way to expand their reach and generate more leads. So in early 2024, they started playing around with LinkedIn ads and how to reach new leads there. After some trial and error, the results were frustrating:

No new leads, but high ad costs. The team needed an approach that was cheaper and less time-consuming.

It wasn't until OMR’s Director of Sales had the initial idea that they thought about using their own LinkedIn networks to get more exposure.

"We knew that personal profiles like our CEO Philipp Westermeyer have a much higher reach and relatability – so we just wanted to try", says Juliette.

Motivated and confident, employees began to dive into the wide world of LinkedIn. The problem: they didn't have time to post themselves, so Juliette ended up to be the person who was ideating, ghostwriting, planning the posts of several team members.

"It was very messy. I was the ghostwriter, managing and writing all the posts in a huge Excel spreadsheet. We saw results – but we knew we had to think bigger – and that we need a tool to help us scale" Juliette recalls. That's when they found Scripe.

Juliette remembers OMR's initial LinkedIn challenges:

❌ Chaotic workflows

❌ One copywriter for one big team

❌ Lots of time lost in reviewing posts

❌ No personalized LinkedIn strategy for team members

Onboarding Phase: Setting the right expectations for LinkedIn with a value-driven approach

When the OMR sales & marketing team had their first activation call with Scripe, some were super excited, some were skeptical: Everyone came together in the office, ready to use their (digital) voices. The in-depth onboarding gave them a chance to really understand all the parts of growing their personal brands.

"Some team members were quite skeptical – because if you're new to LinkedIn and you just hear about it from your colleagues, you tend to be cautious – especially in sales. So it was great to have this in-depth onboarding," says Juliette Agay.

Some of the team members initially anticipated that OMR wanted them to become some kind of “influencers”. So setting the right expectations was another important aspect.

Different team members need different objectives and motivations:

For (key) account managers, it's about being present and nurturing partnerships, while sales managers should focus on generating leads. With this mindset, the goals were clear, and after onboarding, the fun began.

So based on each team member's motivations, the Onboarding Workshop touched on the right approach for value-driven, strategic content: The OMR team got to understand the Scripe Method, where personalized, purpose-driven content meets a scalable creation, creation, and tracking process.

Main wins of the onboarding process:

✅ In-depth LinkedIn Workshop

✅ Clear goals for all employees

✅ Dedicated Scripe platform onboarding

✅ Right expectations without any pressure

✅ Value-driven and interactive approach

Process & first results: Strategic LinkedIn posts and scalable, measurable workflows

Since implementing Scripe, OMR’s sales and marketing team has turned their LinkedIn positionings into an awareness and growth channel. All team members know their personalized strategy – and how to adapt it over time thanks to Scripe’s Analytics feature.

Most importantly, they create personalized, strategic LinkedIn post in a scalable, measurable process that allows to track the impact. Each team member can work independently in their Scripe workspace while collaborating easily with Juliette as the team lead.

“What I really like about Scripe: We not only save hours of time – it's also more fun! Playing around with the AI image tool, for example, gets the whole team involved (and eliminates the problem of not having the right photos).”

Fast results: OMR can measure and track the impact of each LinkedIn post from their employees.

After only three months of using Scripe, the team is already seeing their awareness increase and their networks grow. One team member even published her first viral post with +41.5k impressions. The sales team is generating new inbound leads every other week, whichtranslates into new business opportunities. Plus, the buzz around Scripe is growing throughout the company!

Here's what the OMR team accomplished in just 12 weeks:

🚀 +50,000 more impressions than before

🚀 approx. 10 inbound leads per week

🚀 3x engagements

🚀 2 viral posts

Next steps: Strategy adaption, involving further team members and growing strategic LinkedIn reach

Looking ahead, Juliette sees great potential in involving further team members to multiply the reach and results of their LinkedIn efforts. OMR’s Scripe journey has just begun – and the goal is to take the momentum further: While improving the team’s knowledge on personal branding and learning more LinkedIn hacks, it’s about motivating more employees to use Scripe.

To encourage them, they see the chance to demonstrate the benefits of personal branding. Further, Juliette aims to start an accountability system with “content buddies” so people can support each other. To kick off the new year, the team has already held a meeting to sharpen their goals and brainstorm ideas.

"I think Scripe is for all types of teams. I mean, it can be great for C-level. But for sales and marketing, it's a super great lead gen and awareness machine," concludes Juliette Agay. We love it and can't wait to read more scriped OMR stories!
